Following previous successful works for Creditsafe at their Caerphilly office, TES were delighted to be appointed to support their relocation of 300 staff into a new 50,000 sq ft Cardiff workplace.

In addition to standard refit works such as drylining and partitioning, plumbing, electrics, fire doors and painting, the project included a number of bespoke features designed to maximise functionality and create a modern working environment:

• Installation of acoustic panelled dividing walls to break up the large open-plan areas
• Design and build of bespoke atrium seating
• Creation of custom panelled mobile planters
• Partitioned offices with glazed frontage and branded manifestations
• Construction of a comms room
• Extension of existing kitchen spaces
• Delivered within a challenging 10-week programme, the project required meticulous coordination of multiple trades and flexible scheduling to keep the works on track.

The completed scheme successfully transformed the expansive office into a contemporary, practical and engaging workspace. With high-quality finishes throughout, the new environment is tailored to both the operational needs of Creditsafe and the wellbeing of its employees.
