Project Overview

This comprehensive refurbishment involved a complete reconfiguration of the office layout, integrating new infrastructure, improved facilities, and a refreshed aesthetic throughout.

Scope of Works

• Flooring & Infrastructure
  New floor ports were supplied and precisely cut into position to align with the updated office layout, ensuring seamless connectivity and a clean, cable-managed workspace.
• Meeting Rooms Installation
  Three new meeting rooms were constructed, each featuring contemporary glass fronts and glass doors. This design maximises natural light while maintaining privacy and a professional finish.
• Kitchen Tea Point Installation
  A brand-new kitchen tea point was supplied and installed, including a water boiler and macerator pump. All associated plumbing works were completed to ensure full functionality and compliance.
• Electrical Modifications
  Existing lighting controls were updated by replacing PIR sensors with manual on/off switches, giving users greater control over lighting and improving usability.
• Air Conditioning Adjustments
  The air conditioning system was altered and redistributed to suit the new office layout, ensuring consistent temperature control and comfort across all areas.
• Decoration
  Full painting and decorating works were carried out, delivering a clean, modern finish throughout the workspace.
• Furniture Supply & Installation
  The project included the supply and installation of all new office furniture, including desks, chairs, meeting room tables, and lockers – creating a fully equipped, ready-to-use environment.
