WORKSPACE REFIT CARDIFF
Having undertaken works for this client previously we were their first point of contact for their new project. We have worked closely with the client to understand their brief and come up with a design for a reconfiguration of an existing space into areas that reflect the company and are more flexible to meet future needs. This project will involve our team in the full range of refit skills.

UNIT CONVERSION MANCHESTER
Having previously completed works in Bristol for this client, we are pleased to have been appointed again to work in partnership with a long-established contractor to deliver a similar project in Manchester converting an area into office spaces, toilets, locker room and teapoint.

HEALTH SETTING
We will be creating a second clinic for our client. To ensure all health and hygiene requirements are met whilst still being able to fulfil our client’s vision, has involved many site meetings but we have come up with a design that our client is happy with and looking forward to bringing it to life.

COMMUNAL SPACES
We have been appointed as a preferred contractor by Ringleys carrying out general works across their Cardiff site. Our next works is the decoration of the communal areas of a number of apartment blocks.

LOCAL AUTHORITY
We have been appointed to paint schools in Cardiff and carry out upgrade works to Flying Start Nurseries to include fire door installation, creation of soundproof quiet rooms, new flooring, painting & decorating.
